Friday, 29 May
Airport Transfers: Group arrivals (5+ Brethren) will be met by hotel shuttle with an organising team member. Individual arrivals will be met by a Brother at the airport with transport arranged.
Welcome Dinner
Restoran Ruzmarin — approx. 10 minutes on foot from the hotel, flat and easy walk.
£35 (EUR 40) per Brother
Includes welcome drink, three-course dinner, water, coffee, and a selection of wine. Additional beverages may be ordered individually.

Rehearsal (participants only)
Reponement of St Aubyn Lodge of MMM No. 64
Assembly in the Temple at 10:45. Ceremony begins at 11:00, concluding at approximately 12:30.
Dress code: Short black coat or dark lounge suit, Full Dress Mark Regalia
Harmonia Lodge of MMM No. 1919 — Regular Meeting
Harmonia Lodge of Mark Master Masons will meet at the same venue. The Lodge works in English. Meeting: 13:00–17:30.
Festive Board
At the same venue. Visiting Brethren are warmly invited — cost covered.
Optional Pub Visit
Uprava 1927 — a short walk from the hotel. Informal and optional.
Sunday, 31 May
Departures & Farewell
Group departures via hotel shuttle. Individual departures: transport provided by the organising team.
A farewell coffee will be held at the hotel for Brethren departing later in the day.
